Youth living with chronic pain invited to participate in study on medication knowledge
Youth living with chronic pain are invited to participate in a study asking what information they want to know about their medications for pain management. Youth are rarely asked directly what they want to know about their medications. Learning what information they value is the first step towards co-developing patient-focused educational resources promoting safe and effective medication use.
Interested individuals are invited to participate in a one-time interview over Zoom (45-60 minutes). During the interview you will be asked what information you want to know about your medications for pain management.
You are invited to participate if:
► you are age 14-24
►you have been diagnosed by a licensed healthcare practitioner with chronic pain or a condition causing chronic pain
►you have taken medications for pain management in the past 3 months
